1.The unwinding part is controlled by the air cylinder which control the rubber roller, so that it is open and convenient to penetrate the film. When the film passes through, it is closed so that the two rubber rollers press down on the film. When the machine is working, it is necessary to press the film so that the film will not move at will.

2.All motor is AC motor which is controlled by Delta inverter, compared with DC motor, it has a longer life and is not easily broken, and it plays the function of protection and automatic power failure.

3.Knife for sealing and cutting parts: Sealing and cutting are one and can be achieved on one knife. The sealing knife is very sharp, and unlike the knife on the cold cutting bag making machine, it cuts directly when the line is sealed. The machine is equipped with 2 knives, one is straight knife,which is generally used to do LDPE bags, bread bags; Another is  twist knife, with many dots, generally used to do OPP bags, BOPP bags, transparent bags or stationery bags. When the rubber roller under the knife turns, the knife press down.

4.The electric control part is set with an oil plate: because the lubricating oil will be filled on the knife to extend the life of the knife, the oil needs to be caught, otherwise the machine will be stained, especially the wire.
