When adding ink to the Printing Machine 2Color (printer), please note the following:

(1) The chromatogram selected should be consistent with the type of ink. Generally, the chromatogram provided by the ink manufacturer is used.

(2) It is not advisable to mix inks from different manufacturers, because each manufacturer’s ink has its own characteristics.

(3) When selecting color blocks, put the color blocks to be printed together so as to facilitate comparison and observation.

(4) Take a small amount of finished ink and put it on the paper close to the chromatogram (or sample). Use the blade to sharpen it lightly, and then compare it with the color block on the color spectrum (or sample). If it is inconsistent, look at the color block that is similar to it. You can see which ink is insufficient through the label below the color block.

(5) It is impossible to separate the mixed ink, so the amount of ink should not be too large when mixing ink, as long as there is a slight surplus, the amount of ink can be estimated through experience or approximate calculation. The proportion of the ink should be remembered each time, in case the ink volume is not enough, the ink should be refilled.

(6) Pay attention to the influence of paper on ink color.

(7) For the configuration of light-colored ink, the original ink can be diluted by adding a lightening agent.

(8) To control the amount of auxiliary materials such as dry oil, ink blending oil, and bright oil.

(9) The ink distribution should be carried out on a smooth flat plate, such as a PS plate.
