To clean the membrane head and spiral body, apply paraffin or methyl silicone oil when cleaning, and then gently wipe the paste with 1000-mesh sandpaper until it is clean. When changing the material, adjust the temperature appropriately according to the material properties (there is a difference between the temperature of the returned material and the pure material). After changing the screen, increase the extrusion volume to extrude the paste.

The key is that it is always best to add a little methyl silicone oil to the hopper a week during the production process, which can lubricate the screw membrane head and play a role in clearing the membrane.
